NatureCubsIreland provides biodiversity educational services.
We bring people into nature. All who book our services are advised to wear suitable clothing, suncream and footwear to avoid getting cold/sunburned/falling. We are not responsible if customers do not wear appropriate clothing and fall sick or hurt themselves as a result of not being correctly prepared.
Community workshops and school visits that are organised by County Councils or Schools are insured by same. We have Public Liability Insurance but require all those who book our services to read these Terms and Conditions.
NatureCubsIreland will not administer 1st Aid or medication to anyone attending workshops or classes. Anyone attending with a medical condition must bring his own medication and, if a child, have a responsible adult in attendance fully aware of that medical condition and how to administer any required intervention or medication.
Covid 19 precautions are taken for events. All participants are requested to adhere to instructions given by the class leader. Social distancing, hand cleansing, coughing and sneezing etiquette are all required. Bookings must be made in advance; no walk-ins accepted to manage group sizes and contact tracing.
NatureCubsIreland may take photos or video of class activities for promotional material and for NatureCubsIreland social media only. If a responsible person does not want himself or the child to be included in a photograph or video, he must make this known at the time to NatureCubsIreland staff.
The NatureCubsIreland logo is not to be reproduced, copied or used in any way for any use other than by NatureCubsIreland.
